I order 3 products. After a week I get in the mail only two produto. Costumer service were supposed to investigate and get back to me. Never did.-- so I called them again , Was informed that the missing pre work out is already in the mail and should take s week to Delkver. All that was frustrating

I've tried so many different brands and the flavors have not been nearly as good. Chocolate brownie protein is great. Snow one and fruit punch flavor amines and creative are awesome. Going to try like sherbet next.

I have been 3/4 scoop 1 M.R. along with a full scoop creatine 30 minutes before my 2 hour workout and I can say I don't feel as burned out as I have before using bpi products. I am 180lbs, so I back off the one more rep. a little as a full scoop is more for someone over 200lbs.
