I absolutely love all of BPI's products! Currently in prep for my first competition and BPI's protein, BCAAs, and Keto fat burner have been amazing. Amazing flavors and a product backed by science, you can't beat it!

A. My order was delivered incomplete with 2 of 3 items missing. I understand mistakes happen. Not a huge deal. B. I go to BPI website to contact someone and the only option it gave me while using my phone was to send an email. I sent email on a Wednesday and did not receive a response until Thursday afternoon. The response stated that someone with loss prevention would contact me shortly. On Friday afternoon I sent a reply asking how long "shortly" would be. No one ever responded to that email. Monday rolls around and I call the customer service number left on the on the only email response I received. The gentleman I spoke with was very nice and took care of the issue immediately and said the rest of my order would be in the mail the next day and I have since received it. I completely understand that mistakes happen, but the rate at which my problem was addressed and taken care of was entirely too slow. I'm a first time customer and this wasn't a great first impression. Hopefully the quality of the products will keep me as a future customer.
