I never received my order
Update 8/18: I received my replacement shipment and look forward to trying these supplements! Thanks, BPI Update 7/21: Still no response. I never received my order, and after contacting both UPS and BPI customer service, BPI completely stopped responding to me and the issue still isn't resolved weeks later. UPS is waiting on a call from them, and I'm waiting on any sort of communication... Update 7/19: Still no response and no order. Customer service is lacking and I still don't have what I paid for. Update 7/13: Thank you for your reply- UPS investigation said the package was signed for at my apartment complex, but they receive packages for 5 buildings and don't have a record of it being there. Regardless, I never received it. UPS then asked you call them at 1-800-742-5877 to set up a replacement shipment. I would prefer that over a refund, but would accept either. I've heard great things about your products and am anxious to try them. Thanks again and I'll be in touch.

I am sorry for your bad experience with BPI Sports. I have just sent over a request for your order and we will be launching an investigation with UPS. To either find your package or give you a replacement. I do apologize how this has been handled. We will get this handled for you shortly.

Loved my first order from BPI. Caught them on a sale and received free samples, free protein and a free ball cap.

The one product I receive I like …
The one product I receive I like essential since I'm consuming more micronutrients; however, it would be nice if there were more plant based products for vegetarians and vegans
