I received the wrong products. I wrote complaint that I got the wrong thing with pictures as proof. I was emailed back asking for my order number. I haven't received any further communication or new product in the mail yet. The niagenix came in the box kind of beat up and part of packaging ripped. I was worried I was sent a used bottle but luckily the seal is still in place. I'm a new customer and paid a lot of money for these products and disappointed I can't use them the way I want yet as recommended to me.

Horrible!! I never received my order of almost $60 worth of stuff! I contacted them and they told me to take it up with UPS so I did and UPS said they can't help me so I went back to BPI and no I get no response. I've never had such horrible customer service before. I will never order from them again.

I purchased the get shreded package and i have to say i feel a big differance sence i started useing it. I lost 5 pounds in 3 weeks with a tight scedule being a father and work. This product has helped me burn off that extra fat while im not at the gym i give it a 5 star because i can realy feel the stuff working.

New to BPI Sports and am impressed so far. I have been using BCAA for three months as my pre and during workout drink. Noticeable "pump" benefits. Just started on the new BCAA w/Energy in my bottle I take to work everyday. The website has some great workout routines, challenges and information I find valuable.

Love love love everything I have gotten from BPI! Such great products. I have noticed a huge difference in my workouts since taking the creatine defined and BCAA with energy.

I received my purchase in two days and I started the program on a Tuesday. It has been a little over a week and i have lost 6 lbs. With diet and exercise of course. The products are great and the videos also on working out. Thank you Rafael Morales
