I think that BPI has set the bench mark on BCAA's. The only confusing thing is how they sell different product at chain markets from what is sold on BPI site and at Vitamin Shoppe.

This review has nothing to do with the products, which are great, but the customer service. I placed an order on 7/21 - there was a sale going on so I expected that shipping might be delayed. After a week I hadn't received shipping notice but on 7/29 I received a portion of my order. Two days later I received shipping notice which I assumed was for my missing item. I checked the tracking and it showed as delivered. I reached out to customer service via email on 7/31 inquiring as to the missing item. I sent other email on 8/2 and received a response stating that my order had been delivered. I had explained that only a portion of my order had been received and I was trying to find out what was going on with my last item. As of today, 8/8, I have sent two additional emails with no response. Two and a half weeks later and I do not have my full order, no idea if it's even been shipped and can't get a response from customer service. I like the products but if I purchase again I'll go through an authorized retailer.

The Staff is very helpful and the BPI products are magnificent.

Their customer service takes forever to respond to you and it has been 2 weeks since I placed my last order and I have only received one item! And I have no idea if I'm getting my other item b cause the customer service won't respond!

Great products. Awesome sale. I would likely purchase more products with these types of sale promotions.
