I purchased my first ordered & didn't receive everything all at once. 2 weeks later still waiting on a product & customer service wasn't very helpful. Hopefully my next purchase will go better. Overall the products that I have received & tried are amazing & will re-buy again.

Easy to buy, always have great deals and great products

Didn't receive correct product, emailed immediately, took a week to receive a response. Still have not had the issue corrected and it has now been nearly a month.

I ordered some supplements online because my trainer referred BPI to me. When I got my package which took forever and it’s location was never updated so that I could track it. It just popped up at my door. One of my supplements was wrong, I ordered the CLA but got BCAA instead with the sticker on it saying CLA. I called to explain the situation, they had me email them pictures of the wrong product with my order number. I did. They never emailed me back, I kept having to follow up with them. They stated they had to send the email I guess to claims to get the process started and so that they could ship me my correct product. I’m still waiting, it’s been about 2 weeks now and have not heard anything or received my product. I won’t be ordering from BPI again. This was my first and last time.

I was asked to review BPI by their customer service department. I responded saying I didn’t want to, because the product was way too sweet and I didn’t like it. They the. Responded with, please review our customer service, and didn’t even acknowlegde that I hated their product. So here it is. There service isn’t very good and the product is too sweet like candy.

My order arrived on 09/23 with the wrong product. I sent costumer service a e -mail to have my product sent & return the wrong item. I have sent 3 e-mails with no reply. I called BPI directly to see if I could get a response to the poor e-mail service. I talked with someone right away who told me the problem would be taken care of, I asked for a e-mail conformation and a tracking #. Since than I have called two more times. On the third call I was told that I needed to send a picture of the wrong product, which I did with the costumer service rep. on the phone. I have received a e-mail saying that they have sent my request to the distributer. But still no idea when my product will be arriving. At this point I would not buy any other BPI product. STILL WAITING......10/09/17

2 Separate flavors of CLA both are AWFUL and leave a film in your mouth ... BPI wouldn't let me return for refund or exchange ... get samples of their products before making a purchase ... I'll be going back to Cellucor products. These are awful.

fast shipping. poor customer service. I bought 7 products. opened 2 to try the tastes and they were awful. taste so fake. I am in the process of trying to return the unopened items for a refund. it has taken over a week to get the return shipping label and all they want to give me is a store credit. return process just seems very unorganized and not to helpful. This is my first time using this product and as I am not satisfied, you think customer service would be a little more helpful.
