I've had Boxne for just over 2 years. In the beginning it was good. If I had an issues it was resolved quickly without issues. However, that has changed at some point. I have been locked out of my account since April 14th and have not been to get a response from tech support to resolve the issue. I have opened multiple ticket some of which have been closed according to them but proided no help in resetting the password or accessing the account. Response time is 2-3 per comment from tech support. The website still claims 24 x7 x365 tech support. When I questioned that they said you have to pay for that now. But as of today its on the home page.

Complete and utter trash company/customer support Support ticket has been unresolved for 18 days... Unable to access my cPanel so unable to do anything. Keep on palming me off saying it's been forwarded to the correct team but never get anything resolved. Avoid like the plague...

As others have mentioned, Boxne Hosting is a complete scam for a number of reasons: 1. Lifetime Hosting really means 3 years as the fine print states the plan is for the life of the machines your plan runs on - which is typically 3 years. 2. Support is non-existent. I've had tickets open for weeks without anyone looking at them or responding. 3. Free SSL certificates are a joke - they expire every 3 months and their auto-renew scripts fail - so your site will trigger security warnings to your visitors every time the script fails and good luck getting support to address this simple issue If you're looking for reliable hosting and even half-way decent support, I highly recommend you shop elsewhere.

I'm a victim of their "Boxne SSD Hosting Lite Plan: Lifetime Subscription" sold via Stacksocial Boxne company is a scam.. they got planets worst customer care.. have being waiting nearly a month for a response.. despite regular reminders Further above deal says Wordpress and 125+ free applications included but Boxne wants money for the 2nd time for it..

Boxne is a scam I bought Boxne's lifetime hosting package from stacksocial. Nobody at support will ever bother to respond or solve your issues. Zero Support. This company needs to be taken down. I wish I read theses review before I made the fatal decition to get scammed by stacksocial / Boxne.

Like some others reviewed here, I bought Boxne's lifetime hosting package from stacksocial. I can install websites and do everything as far as using it as an ftp file storage. However, Boxne will not provide you with a temporary URL for your website so you can check it out whatsoever. I reached out to support with slowed and rehearsed information like how to log into your account, blah blah blah... that never fixed any real question/concern that you have. Which ultimately render your hosting package worthless. Don't come here and get burned. You have been warned. Ultimately, I went with clients.peacefulcloud.com

Terrible service, lifetime plan isnt lifetime but however long the server you are on lasts. access is slow, support is terrible and now their own website is listed as suspended. Don't go there, awful is the best review i can think up and that's being generous.
