If you are teaching online and are tired of scraping by, charging the same rate that you did when you started, I highly recommend James Bowei's online training. I started with his 21-Day Challenge which provides you with a wide range of tools, insight and mindset training to get you focused and working on your niche clients. I then did his 10-Day Passive Income Challenge which walks you through building up an online course. I've just finished the three month 25-Member Challenge to help build a community. This has been invaluable in terms of resources: weekly live sessions, a weekly set of videos accompanied by documents to provide an overview for each step, planning and following up and not to mention James's calm and inspiring support every step of the way! Incredible value for money! I cannot recommend it enough. Thanks to James and his great team for this transformative training!

I've been using my Facebook group to help my group members learn my native language. James' First 25 Member Challenge was the perfect solution to explore another way of helping them reach this goal. The program is incredibly well-structured, with clear video lessons and helpful supporting materials. I've already started announcing this new project in my own Facebook group, and I'm so excited to see who will be my founding members. The weekly live sessions are a game-changer. It's been amazing to learn from other participants' questions and get personalized guidance from James. If you're looking to create a thriving membership program and share your knowledge, I highly recommend giving this challenge a try.

James and his team are genuinely interested in helping teachers to find a way of being paid what they're worth. They have built up a huge teacher-specific experience over the past few years and their idea of making it all available in the new Teacher Academy is fantastic as you can work at your own pace and have access to different approaches to online teaching. I'm transitioning from in person to online and James's First 25 Members challenge has helped me take the first steps. I already have enough founding members to allow me to validate and construct my offer as we go. James provides a very detailed step by step approach which you just need to personalise and follow.

James and his team have created a great community that is motivating me to take action - not just to sit and plan and whine. Yes, his communication style is more suited to the US audience which for me and my audience is a bit too much. But the principles and the pro-activity mindset I believe are universal. The amazing amount of content that James and the team share (videos, templates, step-by-step processes, spreadsheets...) moved my business to a level I would have never achieved on my own. Most recently I participated in the First 25-members Challenge. James went above and beyond to support us, always open to our feedback and suggestions while being transparent about the way he designs and markets his own services. Less than 6 months ago I first thought of the idea of having a membership and here I am now, implementing my first beta version!

I was thinking about focusing on a new group of students that needed privacy and community. This program as me ready to go with a new membership group. He provides clear instruction for every detail of the process, from lead research to member reminders. I can not wait to get this group started.

I booked four private sessions with James and have received a ton of value and insight about how to take my business to the next level. James is great about setting up a structure so you can learn and practice new skills step-by-step. I've done three sessions so far and am wishing I had twelve! I highly recommend!

My biggest takeaways from the IC Group Coaching are Mindset, Daily Habits and Consistency. Yes, they all still need a lot of work for me to achieve my goals. It helped me sort out my priorities. 1. The group coaching live (and recorded) sessions kept me moving forward even when I got stuck (which was often). I definitely have a renewed vision and am more motivated than ever to replace paid employment with Teacher-Entrepreneur revenue. 2. The WhatsApp group provides the oh-so necessary weekly accountability and Stefy’s feedback and encouragement in the group is, as always, invaluable ❤️ 3. Stefy’s module on Mindset set the tone for the entire IC Group Coaching. I wrote out my BIG WHY and kept it handy in my wallet (required homework) until my wallet went through the laundry. Lesson learned: rinse and repeat. Thanks Bowei for an inspiring few months and for providing the upgraded and improved 21-Day Challenge. Onwards!

If you’re considering moving from traditional teacher to building your own business then this is a great place to start! The Inner Circle training has been fantastic and so in-depth, covering marketing, sales, networking and finding your niche. There is a WhatsApp group where you can ask questions within a supportive community and Stefy provides timely and invaluable feedback. You may be ‘going it alone’ in terms for your business venture but there is a ready made team of experts and a community of teachers and coaches available to support you along the way.
