I first came across Jame's teacher entrepreneur training service when I read his ebook. It was an eye opener in itself! Then, through his newsletter content I signed up to I saw he made more and more sense to me. I could feel his service idea was born out of real experience with teachers. I got more interested. I decided to sign up to his 21-Day challenge. A total game-changer for me! I understood I needed to build a business in order to be able to charge rates that a general English teacher could only dream of. But I knew I needed guidance to know how to get my own students online, and how to actually build a business out of it. And that's exactly what James and his team teach. And they do it in so much detail and with such devotion that it is impossible not to listen!! They are the best service I have seen tailored exactly to what I do, which is teaching English. In his courses and training there's clarity, abundance of educational materials, guidance, support, community, a growth path to scale. I have also signed up to his IC course and it helped me so much to get better organized, understand how sales work, learn how to think and communicate as a teacher entrepreneur, and a great number of other key skills. I'm still learning, but I already see results and have had success in applying all they teach. It's absolutely awesome!! Bowie strategy and James have to be on your radar if you are an ESL teacher. The business coaching is one of the best you can get, and they've been in industry for a long time. Note only are the staff members knowledgeable and helpful, the community has many great networking opportunities. The Inner Circle itself is a community in addition to a course. Marketing, mindset and strategies are a big parts of the value English teachers have many competencies and in my case I was able to transition to more of a business coach and marketing consultants so just understanding what the market is willing to pay for is key.

I’m so grateful for everything I’ve learned this past year in James’s inner circle, and the Bowei team are wonderful! I was just teaching ESL on online platforms that paid very little and decided to try the 21 day challenge to learn how to teach private students. I not only got private students at a higher rate, but the course encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone, learning skills I never used before. In the inner circle, we get continuous courses and even free meetups and discussions on many things, it is sometimes too much to take in. All of the support has been so helpful and I have to say that without it I would have never kept up with running my own private teaching business. I can't recommend Bowei Strategy enough. While it may be taking some time for me to reach $100/hour, I'm not far from it. But, it's not just that kind of hourly pay. What I learned from Bowie Strategy was how to set up an online business; and on my terms and conditions. Bowie will give you the information, tools, and experience guidance but you need to do the work. If you're looking for a quick fix, this is not what you'll find.
