the shipment time in sending to me must have been over 21 days in length

We’re currently working with our shipping partners to improve delivery times, and we agree that the shipment time needs to be cut at least in half. Your feedback is important, and we’re using it to improve our service moving forward.

shirt was under-sized... I ordered a 4X for a family member and it was more like a 2x and a 1/2...tight thru the sleeves and arms, not even a full 3X... had no label so was unable to even verify the size sent. Highly disappointed, will not shop again...
