Terrible They scam you and threaten you.

Complete scam! 112 dollars became 440 dollars! They try to scam you with your driving license. International license was not good they said. It is BS. The Dutch license is even enough! NEVER THIS COMPANY AGAIN

Terrible, absolutely terrible. Rented a car for 350 dollars and they tried to scam me and my friend for 1800 dollars both. Left and rented a car somewhere else. They prey on the weak and hope you are desperate enough to say yes when they up your price x6. After flying for 14hrs they think you’ll accept it. Never book here and save yourself the stress.

Booked a car from uk. Said £160. Tried to charge up $900. Complete scam. They didn’t give a crap. We left, went back to airport and got another car. Don’t bother with this scam business

J'ai été aussi victime de cette arnaque J'ai été également victime de cette location de voitures ce 14 avril 2026 . En premier lieu ÉVITER LA! Elle m'a pris 2 fois 415$ : une fois parce que soit disant je n'avais pas mon permis de conduire international et deuxième fois pour me coller une assurance soit disant obligatoire . Elle m'a fait attendre plus de deux heures au comptoir. J'ai bien précisé que je ne voulais pas son assurance mais elle m'a dit si tu ne prends pas l'assurance tu n'auras pas de voiture ! Et elle ne m'a pas regardé mon permis de conduire international mais elle m'a facturé la même somme soit au total 840$ et bien entendu la réservation en ligne disait bien qu'il n'y avait rien à ajouter le jour de la prise en charge . Cette réservation a été faite par l'intermédiaire de TRIP.com, je les ai déjà contacté deux fois mais pas de résolution encore à cette arnaque. Je suis tenace et je ne lâcherai rien à cette voleuse ! Booked a car on line for 60 dollars. It said all fees included. When picking the car up I was presented with a 356 dollar bill. Complete scam. I ended up with no car. Avoid at all cost. Do not rent from boutique rental car

I strongly advise against renting from Boutique Rent a Car in Miami. They lure customers in with attractive prices online, only to claim upon arrival that there are no cars available — or worse, that you’ve been marked as a “no-show” if you arrive even an hour later than the indicated pickup time. At an international airport, delays are completely normal. Flights get delayed, immigration takes time, luggage can take forever. Penalizing customers for that is unacceptable. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. The low rates seem designed to get you through the door, only for the situation to suddenly “change” once you’re there and have little alternative. On top of that, the office was dirty and unprofessional, and the level of service was practically non-existent. There was no effort to find a solution, no customer care, no sense of accountability. Overall, a very shady operation. Save yourself the stress and book with a reputable company instead.

Excellent experience with Boutique Cars Miami. Communication was clear and efficient, the car was in perfect condition, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Very professional service. I would definitely rent from them again.
