It was really the people that I spoke with that really made this the most pleasant thing for me! From Alex with Bounce to Alfredo to the nice woman who helped me to set up an account to monitor everything. I really felt like they wanted to help me, and I can’t gush enough about how much that made me feel more hopeful about my situation over all. I may not have known about this sooner, but I’m glad I know about it now, and I can’t wait to tell everyone once I’m finally debt free.

Customer Service and Communication have been excellent so far. I reached out to several companies that offer debt solution and Bounce had the best rates and communication. The rep I worked with answered all of my questions and walked me through the whole process step by step, which was very helpful and reassuring.
