I skipped with Lauren Disharoon, her customer service skills were excellent. My phone had bad reception, but she was understanding of the situation. Her answers to my questions were excellent and helpful. She was patient and understanding when I spoke of my anxiety issues. I hope to speak with her again, because it was a pleasant experience.

My debt specialist Sasha was amazing. She was kind, understanding, and helped me so much through this process. She explained everything in detail and was able to help me with an affordable debt solution. Thank you so much Sasha!

The process was easy and uncomplicated. It felt great to finally get some help with my credit card debt! Thanks

The process was simple and I had so much hesitation, but what made it easier was having someone like Sasha helping me. She helped ease my concerns and was so easy to talk to. She called me back when I was too busy to talk and made communication so easy. I appreciate her help at a time where I wouldn’t even talk to family about my debt situation.
