Lauren was amazing! Very kind, helpful, understanding, non-judgmental, and able to answer and understand all of my questions. The only small issue I had was signing papers that said Freedom Debt Relief when Lauren was calling from Bounce. I wish someone had said the two worked together. It caught me a bit off guard. But the process so far has been easy and very clear so as to tamper my expectations accordingly.
