I ordered a dog bed paid for it in June, was told that it was going to be delivered in the autumn. $900 +. I’ve emailed and called countless times. No one answers the phone or relies to emails or texts.

Worst experience I have had in a long time. Ordered dog crates almost a year ago and no dog crates. Was promised a refund. Have not received it.

I ordered a pet bed and two weeks after ordering it had still not received any status update. I tried emailing, txting and calling. Received AI responses and when calling no one ever picked up the phone. Finally someone updated me saying the order would be shipped out by the end of the week. The end of the week came and went and I asked for an update, again. Did not receive one so I requested a cancellation by email, txt and phone call. My request was ignored as they sent the product out that I no longer wanted especially since I discovered they marked it up 35% more than several other places. Additionally I discovered the dimensions of the bed were too small. I requested a label return and am still over a week waiting for a return label. I was txted that it takes longer to print on for a larger box. I’ve never heard of anything so ridiculous. I was also told that I didn’t need to keep checking on the status. They would basically sent it when they send it. The pet bed was $110. Not cheap and I’m still awaiting my return label. Do NOT buy from this business.

I lived with the owner she was my girlfriend’s aunt and she is a HORRIBLE person. She talks crap about everyone of her customers if they complain. And me and my girlfriend had a child and she made it a huge deal that my girlfriend couldn’t take me ti work because she just had a child (that’s fine) but when it comes to driving 45 minutes to her shitty wearhouse to make collars for her customers cause they’re late it’s fine. And she tried to make us do it many many times. Never once helped out with our child but yelled at me for letting her buy my child stuff like what? Then she kicks me ny girlfriend and my kid out (we moved to Colorodo to get some help with her family we are from Oklahoma) so we had to buy hotels and and U-Haul and move all of our stuff out. And once again she didn’t help at all. 2 days after we get back to my moms out my girlfriend passes away cause she missed her doctors appointment cause we had to move out. And then proceeded to send me a text saying the “my girlfriend was gonna leave me and to go f myself.” Like oh my she’s crazy

We love our new collar for our husky. I have been looking for a USA made patriotic print for awhile and I’m so glad we didn’t settle. It’s a strong sturdy collar with a beautiful bright coloring within American flags. They communicated too when I order another product they sold out of and were extremely friendly. Dog owner for life so they’ll have a customer for life from us!

RESPONSE to Comments by BB: I have been using Emily's cell as that is the number she has been contacting me on throughout this process. The last text message over 3 weeks ago indicated that she would respond from the office number with an update. No response to date. Ordered 1st crate, it was delivered in about 4 months. Was a little frustrated with timeline, but worked with Emily at BB to get this going and finally got the crate - BEAUTIFUL and our pup LOVES it! Ordered 2nd crate in April 2025. Ordered 3XL, which is the size I need, I got an order update changing it to 2XL and refunding me $220. After the Sept 2025 timeframe came and went (which is when I advised I needed the 2nd crate by), I was contacted and told I needed the 3XL and it would be $440 extra. I paid that (in addition to the amount for the original crate). Multiple texts from Emily regarding changing of production facility and other hiccups in the fulfillment of this order. Fast forward - promised multiple timelines for delivery, none have happened. Now I cannot get a response or a refund. It's a shame because they make an amazing product, but the quality just cannot make up for the lack of service. Quality only counts if you actually can manage to get your hands on what you ordered and paid for.
