Initial issues with my earbuds were sorted out by the company and the new replacement buds appear to be working well. The earbuds were replaced without any trouble and the customer communications really improved after initial contact. Thanks

Back keeps falling off ear buds contacted customer services no reply . Would not recommend. They cost too much and customer services are useless Customer services have been so helpful since my last review . Turns out I had been sent a faulty earbuds .got a new pair an working fantastic
