Long time waiting for delivery e.g. weeks. Sound quality is worse than poor. Avoid.

Initial issues with my earbuds were sorted out by the company and the new replacement buds appear to be working well. The earbuds were replaced without any trouble and the customer communications really improved after initial contact. Thanks

Absolute mucking sheite.... samsung so much better! Pay with a credit card your protected.... then get in contact with your credit card and ask for the money back, its called charge back!provide as much proof as you can of the transactions and there bulshit returns policy!

Absolutely a waste of money. Lucky to get one hour use, out of them. Thankfully they didn’t cost the earth, but please do not buy them. Save your money and invest in one of the better makes.

Fantastisch geluid, zeker voor de dance liefhebbers. Zeer goeie after sales (reageert vrij snel én stuurt een replacement bij permanent defect - kans dat dit gebeurt is klein als je er normaal mee omgaat) Zonder ‘tussenlading’ een erg lange gebruikerstijd! Ook belangrijk: de plugs zitten erg prettig. En: niet duur! Kortom: dikke aanrader!!
