Fast delivery, great quality!

You do not include a return label nor instructions on returning items that are not satisfactory (too big, too small etc) Makes it more difficult for the buyer and less apt to make another purchase

I’ve emailed the company a week ago to get a return but haven’t heard back…

This beautiful huaraches are extremely cute, i am very happy with me purchase, i recommend this product💗

Shoes are too small. When I opened the shipping box to pull the shoe box out on to my kitchen counter, about 50-60 ants came scurrying out of the box all over. Kinda gross

Quick shipping

So very beautiful, and perfectly made!

The shoes are beautiful, the price reasonable, and customer service responded quickly. That being said, filling the order was a little slow, and when I tried them on, the slides were too loose and flopped on my feet. That and the slippery leather soles makes walking extremely awkward. I don't know if I'll have to donate these brand new shoes or attempt to remake them somehow. It appears that all of the shoes are marked down, which means that none of them are returnable. Tricky, huh? Anyway, I advise sizing down and ordering the crepe soles.
