My mimosa huaraches have black on the bottom from previous wear and the color is not like it was in the picture, it looks orange, is it possible to return?

I just received my new huaraches and slides from Bottomless today and I am impressed. The leather is buttery soft and the craftsmanship is gorgeous. Looking forward to getting these shows out walking in NY Metro.

This company has amazing product and even more impressive is their customer service. They went out of their way to help me with sizing and even assisted when I ordered the wrong size. No difficult process to go through, just updated my order and sent me the correct size. Very impressed with Bottomless!

Sandles were extremely wide. Tried to get a return label and they requested a picture. Really??? Also it looked these sandles were worn.
