Obviously, we don't have any control over that, but we do understand that as an entrepreneur, every dollar counts. While their price change came as a surprise to us as well, we do make every effort to be transparent if any tools needed. We hope to not always require people to buy outside tools like this, but as long as we do, we will continue make sure customers know before purchasing. We totally understand your frustration about their price increase. We will reach out to try to make it up to you. Thanks again for the feedback!

Hey there Cassie! We’d like to clarify that these add-on systems are completely optional and are not required to use the core program. They are offered as additional tools and services for members who choose to expand their setup based on their specific business needs. We appreciate your feedback and will continue looking for ways to make all optional offers and pricing even clearer throughout.
