item shipped and arrived promptly. The outer box was open and crushed on one corner but contents were sealed and intact. Items were in good condition. ...Upgrading the review based on feedback from BotBlox staff. They were attentive, responsive and concerned about the packing problems.

Hi Stephen. Thanks for posting your review, I’m sorry to hear that the box was damaged! We typically use DHL and haven’t seen such issues. I’ll follow up with you, I’d be grateful if you could provide us with photos so we can take this up with our local DHL rep. Thanks!
