BotBloxReviews of botblox.io

GREAT SERVICE, FAST SHIPPING

Things shipped. I got them. They seem to work. People are responsive to questions. I will almost certainly order more stuff.

Fast shipping, worked flawlessly

I ordered a board and it was shipped out less than 1 hour later. I got the board in the US 2 days later which is so fast. I wanted the gigablocks nano for a compact robot arm application… The board is super tiny, more than I expected; not sure how they managed it but I’m impressed. It’s been running for over 3 months now with no issues, and the team at botblox have even supporting me in developing my own daughterboard for it.

I have been working on a robotics project using the GigaBlox network switch as the main means of communication between devices. I recently resolved an issue thanks to BotBlox support. They helped by suggesting useful tests to perform, and giving accurate assessment of the results. The issue ended up not being related to the switch itself and now the networking is working wonderfully. I would highly suggest giving these switches a try, great combination of good hardware and amazing support.

Great products, great service, great prices. Simply great. I'm a senior design engineer for a Norwegian robotics company, and we use the GigaBlox as the backbone for our latest development project. Bought a few for prototyping and were very happy with the results. Easy to connect, well documented, good quality. Quick response from the company both with regards to technical questions, custom orders and purchasing methods. Highly recommended for embedded IoT projects.

Very good support team.

Excellent communication and super fast shipping, not to mention the product itself -> perfect, thanks.
