I had purchased a new 2025 snow raider, and the grips that are on top are so brittle they’re breaking apart. Unacceptable for the cost of this machine that there was not a better design to keep the grips from drying out.

Snowrator is very nice and great machine, however I've been dealing with lots of issues for a brand new one month old machine. Codes such as C1435, U0100, P0352, P0122, and P100D - made the machine non operated when I needed the most.

I recently dealt with two products, and while there were some positives, the negatives stood out more. First, I installed a new HTX 7'6 plow on my 2021 Ram 1500. Upgrading to a 2025 Ram 1500 required me to buy a new wiring harness ($400) and a module adapter kit ($500) due to the LED headlights. The additional cost was excessive, and it felt like the company could’ve offered a more cost-effective solution for loyal customers. As for the Turf Defender, it didn’t perform as expected. While it sounded like a great idea, it ended up tearing up gravel, reduced scraping efficiency, and made the plow heavier without adding significant benefits. While I appreciate the innovation behind these products, the high costs and underwhelming performance left me disappointed. There’s potential, but the execution and pricing need serious improvement.

Hi Christan, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We value honest feedback and take your concerns seriously. We understand your frustration regarding the additional costs for the HTX 7'6 plow wiring harness and module adapter kit. With advancements in vehicle technology, particularly LED headlights, specific adaptations are necessary to maintain compatibility. Your suggestion to explore more cost-effective solutions for loyal customers is appreciated and will be reviewed internally. Regarding the Turf Defender, we’re sorry it didn’t meet your expectations. We’ve noted your concerns and will share them with our product team for consideration. We’re committed to making improvements where needed and ensuring you have the best possible experience with our equipment. If you’d like to discuss this further or share additional suggestions, please feel free to contact us directly at [email protected] or (800) 286-4155. Thank you again for your feedback.

in cold temp below 28 degrees the salt compacts . only way to pull salt out is taking it a part , dig in until clear. if you install a reverse button or a manual mode extension on the end like a crank (removable) on the auger , it will allows to back and forward . I own 4 and all sucks when stuck . other wise good salter
