So far everyone has been great and very positive!

The website is not at all user-friendly for patients who have already had a procedure and simply want to purchase their prescription. I had to use a link provided by my procedure doctor to even find the product and after completing the lengthy questionnaire for the on-line prescription doctor, it took four days to hear that the prescription was approved and now the pills won't even arrive here until the middle of next week.

Agents with different levels of knowledge. Had to get to the 3rd one to have real desire to sort out the situation. Difficult to assess the differences between products on one’s own. Not clear if in California a doctor has to approve the order. Was given a nurse instead of a doctor. Why? Order placed Tuesday, that nurse approved the prescription on the following Friday - too long of a process. Apparently the order is going to be shipped to a pharmacist. I don’t know which one. By the time the products are shipped and get to a pharmacy or to my house It’ll be past Wednesday when I’m going to be gone for three weeks without having my order with me. I found the all process not simple enough, too long and agents don’t have the same willingness to help and knowledge of the products.

The pills I take don't seem to be as effective as they were when I first started taking them. My hair is thinning.

They’re very affordable and highly responsive. I wish I’d had better results with minoxidil and spironolactone, but at 62, my genetics seem to be catching up with me. Still, I recommend giving them and their products a try—you really have nothing to lose, and Bosley is a great place to start.
