The whole Bosley system is good; from the consultation to the Rx. There are so many gimmicks on TV that one don't want to trust any of them to work. Bosley taught me a lot about hair. They now what they're doing.

Process was very easy and seamless. Brian Greenbush is a very knowledgeable super cool dude who explained everything to me thoroughly and answered all of my questions. Medication is very affordable and was shipped out the very same day.

A couple of issues with the online experience. First, I attempted to request two separate treatment options in my shopping cart. When I was informed I could only select one option, the cart became corrupted and I could not proceed with any order. I had to log in on the following day to proceed and clear the cart. Second, I placed an order on July 6. Since then, I have not gotten any update regarding the request status.

Totally unsatisfied. Took a week to approve the prescription then a bit longer to arrive. I had to wait 3 weeks to be back from my out of town work to get the product. Bosley doctor prescribed a combined Minoxidil/Finasteride pill with potential 4% risk of side effect on the Finasteride which occurred 24h for me after first dose. BosleyRx nurse practitioner recommended me to drop the Finasteride in a combined pill and take only a Minoxidil pill. However Bosley would NOT take back nor credit me for the 3 months supply $120 of the combined pill THEIR DOCTOR PRESCRIBED TO ME. After two attempts to find a solution the BosleyRx customer service (Shelly I think her name was) just hangs up on me. The all Bosley protocol so far feels like a huge money making machine.
