26 M, black, I had my procedure in September of 2020 and the goal was 1400 grafts. The doctor only picked out 700 and said that would be enough I was assured with the guarantee they provided also. 6 month check up I was assured they were still growing and everything would be fine. 1 year and now their story is there is nothing they can do other than spend thousands more on another procedure and no mention of their guarantee anymore. I would not recommend it. Now I'm left with scars on the back of my head and don't even have the option of going bald anymore because of these permanent scars. Either I get used to my jacked-up patchy hairline or take out another lone for another procedure when I haven't even finished paying off the first one.

THE BOSLEY SENIOR COUNSELOR, CAROLINA DOMINGUEZ(WHITE PLAINS) LIED TO ME 1800 GRAFTS WILL BE ENOUGH FOR THE PROCEDURE AND LOOKS WELL, TOOK ADVANCE DEPOSIT.ON THE DAY OF PROCEDURE DR.WEST SAID, MAY NEED A REPEAT PROCEDURE TO ADD THICKNESS.THESE ALL THINGS SHOULD BE INFORMED DURING CONSULTATION WITH COUNSELOR. I LIVE NEAR NEW YORK CITY AND SPEND $10000 FOR THIS PROCEDURE.IN JUST 7 MONTHS TRANSPLANTED HAIR STARTED FALLING. I didn't get any results from my first transplant in NY office. I was a fool to do a second transplant with a different doctor. This time a little better but far from what I wanted. Overall I won't recommend Bosley. Avoid it at any cost.

Surgeon I got in Atlanta did a horrible job, I've had headaches now for years and it keeps getting worse. He left me scarred and when I shave my head people think I've had brain surgery from the scar. I never had headaches before. Had mine done in 2011.

Deleted my review from two days ago. heard back from them today, didn't take the call. read the text they sent and told me it can take up to 6 months to a year. so I will gave them the benefit of the doubt for 4 more months, then I will repost my review

This Company sucks, their customer experience is horrible, please do not use them !!!

What a disappointment of a company. They spend so much on radio ads, but obviously not enough on customer service. Two straight days I blocked out time in my schedule for an appointment, two straight days, no phone call, no appointment, and no contact from anyone one. Their answering service is no more than a company that takes notes and emails other departments with zero follow-up. Do not waste your valuable time.

Had a medical emergency and felt completely neglected by the staff at Bosley NYC. Half my transplant fell out and I had an awful infection on my head at the transplant site. They brushed it off and told me to go “see a dermatologist” See my pictures on google maps to see the result of the infection and subsequent hair loss. It has been months and they still haven’t reached out. Very disappointing treatment as a fellow healthcare provider.
