I went in with no hesitation but kept my expectations in check. I can say that my mild expectations were definitely surpassed. I recommend this to anyone but make sure that your expectations don't grow to expect a miracle and you will be very very happy. When you go, go for it all. Finance if you have to. I should have gone for it all and am now happily planning a second procedure but wish I would done more the first time.

The office and people I delt with were very accommodating and professional. The Doctors were great. However ..... I did not get as much show of hair as I thought I should have for spending $10,000 .... however, I am no longer a bald guy with a head that shines ..... lol .... Addition of hair did make me appear younger. I do feel better about myself now. And it took a little getting used to, having hair to comb or style, I still have not found the look I like, but I am not bald!

My expectations after 3 procedures have not been met. I feel I've been set up to be sucked back in to pay for more services and procedures out of my pocket. While my hair appearance e has improved, what I understood the first second and third procedure time, was a dramatic change overall in the appearance. Each time back to Bosely for evaluation, it seemed like they agreed with me and we developed a new plan to fix what we're my concerns at the time. Months later, I am a little disappointed in the results. Bosely offers no deep discounts for my patronage by charging me the same each time. It is about time they take better care of their returning customers if they expect me to be a role model for them and in making further recommendations to family and friends....

Great service at the operation room. The registration process needs improvement. The follow up great. The doctors calls but cannot ever be reached and we cannot even leave messages for him and he keeps on calling back.
