These guys botched me huge. I was 22 years old and actually had a great head of hair outside of my temples. So they put in a total of 17 plugs into the temples that I have lived with for 35 years. Was able to camoflauge with my hair where people couldn't see them, but it was a big mistake. They should have looked at me and turned me down and said to just get on meds. Nope. They decided to do their best to maim me.

Avoid Bosley. Learn from my mistake. I got a loan. Bosley did not give me much for my money. Bosley covered only a small portion of my balding area. They make so much money yet they still skimped. Find a more honest business to invest your time, money and hope.

I was supposed to get hair transplant but I canceled because my 5 got in an accident and was in ICU for 3 weeks and5, i had to stay with him. I reached out to new york office and the guy who assisted me to schedule appointment sounded concerned and promised to work with his "boss" to get my 1000 back since my case was unique. I sent photos of me and my brother after the accident for proof and wanted to send hospital discharge paperwork as additional evidence but he said he⁴ believes me just by seeing the photos. The guy then started avoiding my calls and text. It's been over 2 yea without a refund. My 100k gone without hair. Bosley is no longer as professional as they advertise. Be careful before committing to Bosley.

We regret that our patient had difficulty reaching us and subsequently we had difficulty reaching him. Our records show that we refunded his Room Reservation Fee of $1,000 to his Visa on file on April 14, 2023. We ask that he review his credit card statement for April 2023 to confirm that he received the refund.

Terrible customer service at the Penticton store as well as consistently out of stock for certain products. Will not return after visiting for the 4th time (and the last) to get treats. Will shop elsewhere.

I purchased Bosley MD mendXtend strengthening system. The system.left my hair greasy and limp. I used it twice as per their instructions on the package. This product is an absolute waste of money. I contacted the company and they stated "that this is a first" which I find hard to believe. I defiantly won't be using Bosley products again as this is a poor quality product which is over priced and does not live up to their expectations

I had a Bosley hair transplant in March and am unhappy with the results. No real difference of the appearance of the top of my head. No one has even noticed.
