Boscov'sReviews of boscovs.com

As a first-time shopper at Boscov's online, I didn't know what to expect. The dish set I was looking at was more pricey on other stores' websites, so I took a chance on this family-owned business rather than paying more to a corporation. I was super impressed when my order showed up two days later, complete & carefully packaged! I will definitely consider ordering through them next time I need anything like this

Attended Friends Helping Friends Sale. From California, UNFORTUNATELY NONE IN OUR STATE!!! WHAT A FABULOUS SALE IN ALL DEPT. CLERKS WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!! ALWAYS VISIT WHEN IN DE. A DEFINITE FOR NEXT YEAR!!!

I went to Boscovs in Deptford Mall. Lisa helped me in the dress department. I needed a dress for a wedding. I found a really nice one, but it was not my size. She checked in the computer and there was one in another store. She called that store but they couldn't find it. She then proceeded to look through the racks until she found that dress in my size. She went above and beyond to help me. The cashier name Cheryl was also very helpful.

I often shop at your Deptford New Jersey location and was shocked to read a negative review about Thelma. She is always helpful and very knowledgeable. She helped me with luggage and patio furniture and always has a warm greeting. Ray Abed

I purchased 2 pair of sketchers slip ons for my aunt for her 90th birthday because I wasn’t sure of her size. She absolutely loved them! But most importantly I want to comment on the young woman who waited on me. This was at the Boscov’s shoe department in Plymouth Meeting. Her name was Kaveh (I’m sorry if I got the spelling of her name wrong). I watched her when I bought the sneakers and when I returned them. She was so very kind and patient with each and every customer. Real kindness that comes from the heart. Thank you for having such a wonderful woman in your employ! And thank you Kaveh!!

I had a wonderful experience at your cosmetic counter in Altoona Pa. Marlena Benson helped to pick a fragrance. She listened to me, suggested and tested several fragrances until I found one that I loved. She was patient, knowledgeable, and very sweet and kind. She is a true asset to your company. I hope you will give her the recognition that she deserves! Thank you, Debra

The handbag I ordered was on sale for $59.40. When I received my order today my invoice shows I was charged full price of $99.00. I called the customer service phone number listed on my invoice and was told they did not recognize the store Boscov's and hung up on me. I sent an email to boscovs and have not received a response. I did finally receive a response and was given a credit!

Caroline and Dorethea in the bath/domestics department at the Granite Run, PA store went above and beyond assisting, me the customer. I was in the store to purchase additional sets of curtains. There was no one to assist me in curtain department to procure additional product, not available in the Granite Run Store. Caroline called many other Boscov locations for Ship to Home the additional product. Some locations didn't answer in the curtain department, 1 looked and said they didn't have the particular curtain, 1 location said they were short staffed and apologized for not being able to assist. Caroline was pleasant, knowledgeable, and continued calling stores for the particular product, never giving up. It was wonderful to have such great customer service from Boscovs.
