Did the wager 2500.00 to get a 250.00 bonus. The site said you qualified for the bonus, but did not receive it. Getting the run around from customer service.

I am a VIP for the last three years with Borgata and I asked them to do a match with golden nugget which gave me $1000 in free play and I spend more money in Borgata online and they had the nerve to give me a lousy $50 free play it took me three emails to get them to load the lousy $50Their odds are horrible over there compared to Golden nugget and Bailey’s they have gone downhill. Their customer service representatives are horrible. They don’t even have personal assistance for VIP like the other casino. Still very disappointed. Stop playing there this month refused to give them my money anymore.

Borgato sent me a notification saying I had 25 free spins with NO DEPOSIT. I called twice and they hung me up twice. I’m going on instagram, TikTok and FB and telling them that BORGATO-ONLINE is a RIPOFF.

I play on borgata online casino often,it freezes and lags quit a bit,but I had been doing well on their piggy bank slots,I hit the four pigs and safe which gives spins,as it totaled the pigs ,I had gotten an 80.00$ pig,it showed in the safe but after the spins the 80$ was not in my winnings,I sent a message but nothing about the money, first time this has happened to me,the wins are not great and the system is slow, and now this.

I won 807.96 they close my account holding my winnings I’ve been calling send in my bank info ID everything it’s been a week still nothing Borgata is a scam. I want my money

I download them Last night Saturday and I hit $100. Wouldn’t allow me to take my money out my Winning I wanted to switch my location to New Jersey so I can play at home so I had to take the hundred dollars out and put it on another app that allows me to play in my hometown and they wouldn’t allow me to take my money out so I delete the app and I’m done with them. They will not get my service. I will not step a foot and In that place, this is a awful spot

Allowed me to deposit after I stated where I lived and had allowed geo-location, then after I deposited said I couldn't place bets from there. Then would not allow me to withdraw my deposit, saying that the only way I can withdraw is from the Borgata resort (I deposited with a credit card which has EASY WITHDRAWAL written across it when I deposited). I'm currently in the process of trying to get a refund... we'll see. Either way, this is not good - avoid!

Had a promotion wager $20 get $10 bouns . I received the $10 and got it up to $50. When I went to withdraw it, it said it was non-withdrawlable. Basically a scam, and just giving fake money to play with.
