I have been spending hundreds of dollars everyday for a year. I'm opted in for the 50% promo code everytime when I'm about to deposit. The promo code is on the bottom. I deposit 100 and it says plus a bonus of 50 bucks. I haven't gotten and plus amounts. For months. I called and they told me to pretty much shove it and was not going to reimburse with any bonus 50%. Almost 500 bucks a day I spend with the promo code on bottom telling me plus a bonus of x amount of dollars and never get it. Horrible casino. False advertisement right up front. I'm also a VIP member being robbed of what I'm owed. I spend that money to get that extra promo money. Instead of 250 I'm only getting 200 and that's not what is being advertised. Cancelling my membership if two years VIP bc the borgata team has decided that I'm not owed anything.

After signing up with borgata and deposited 50 dollars. I didnt know if you lived outside of New Jersey you couldnt play. So I withdrawaled my money. Mind you it only took 10 seconds to deposit. And taking almost 2 months now to get it back. First phone call was I had to upload my Id. Then the next one was a check coming my way. Then the next one was going to be sent back to my card. Spent a lot of money on borgata online, they flagged me for “responsible gaming” when I contact customer support to resolve the issue there is NO WAY TO TALK TO THE RESPONSIBLE GAMING DEPARTMENT. They require you to tell them a day and time to call, they call when they want from unknown numbers so of course it doesn’t get answered.
