This is no gimmick, it really helps me. It relieves my headaches, clears the fog and gives me energy. I've tried the natural and the menthol minty one. I prefer the minty one. I'll try pink grapefruit next. I recommended to my mother as well.

This was the 2nd time that 2 canisters were not functioning . The nozzles won't release oxygen.

I always take a large can when I travel to high altitudes. I take a number of hits in the evenings and morings to keep the initial headache away. I also carry a small one with me during the day for hits while skiing or other physical activity. Whrn used throughout the day it makes a big difference for me until I'm acclimated.
