It is nice to have live interpretation
It is nice to have live interpretation, but it is still difficult to follow the Korean presenters live.

That there may be times a rep is not available and calling back is not an option.
All in all, it's a good service but on occasion we can't get who we need for an interpreter.

Always quick to connect with an…
Always quick to connect with an interpreter. Interpreters are always professional and helpful. We wish the difficult languages (Marshallese) had a higher success rate for connecting with an interpreter on demand.

AI is very helpful
AI is very helpful. Takes a bit to translate. Better than humans. No issues with dialects

Overall very good service w/ live…
Overall very good service w/ live translators. My last call, however, had the translator disconnect and he did not call back. I have not tried the AI translation.

The support from the team
The support from the team—sales, office staff, and case managers—has been excellent. They are responsive to emails, quick to assist us online when needed, and efficient in adding new users while providing the necessary information for onboarding. The only challenge we've encountered is that, in a few meetings where we used an interpreter, the interpreter seemed less experienced or knowledgeable about the specific subject matter we were discussing. This made it somewhat difficult to communicate effectively with the recipient of the interpretation.
