It is nice to have live interpretation
It is nice to have live interpretation, but it is still difficult to follow the Korean presenters live.

Disastrous, cheap, old skool - ugly, slow and NOT user friendly
Don't believe the ratings of more than one star, those are from robots. This is a horrible, ugly and user unfriendly "app" (it does not even deserve the name "app"). Takes one minute (!) to startup), which is a disaster in real life when any other app of this type processes a job in seconds. The dashboard / layout is hideous, chaotic, primitive, basic, very old skool (think of last century, the first years of the internet).

Rude when told I did not need their services.
Received a call from them offering their services. Told them they were not needed and found them to be pretty rude when I turned them down.

We love Boostlingo!
We use Boostlingo at our nonprofit for case management. It is a very high-quality service, quick connection to translation, and the translators are excellent.
