I have been pleased with Boomer Benefits ever since I worked with them to join Medicare. Every problem I have had, they have been there to help resolve. Recently I had an issue with a hospital trying to charge me for my Part A deductible. It took one call to BB to get it fixed. Amy worked fast to resolve the issue, and I never had to give it another thought. BB is the best!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to thank Kevin Barron at Boomer Benefits for his amazing help with my Medicare supplemental plan. It took almost two weeks of calls because I had so many questions, and Kevin never got tired or rushed me even once. He patiently explained everything about doctors, hospitals, and deductibles so I could really understand my options. Most people going on Medicare, like me, have no idea what to look for or which plan is right for them. Kevin took the time to walk me through it all and gave me space to think before deciding, instead of pushing me to rush. Unfortunately, Boomer Benefits seems to have gotten just a little too big for their britches since I signed on with them six (6) years ago. You can't reach a "dedicated" agent, you have to schedule an appointment for EVERYTHING weeks in advance, and while I do not find them to be pushy at all, I do find that they're not offering some of the lower cost plans available in your area, but sticking to those that will make them the most money. I can get a Plan N on my own for $35 less per month because they don't offer that plan. I have never had to have them "step in" and fix anything, so I wonder about those testimonials. Just not as happy with them as I used to be. I think they've grown too big, too fast, and need to service people that can only afford the lesser cost plans.
