I have ordered many tags and collars…

Best pet tags out there
Best pet tags out there. I had one come off during play and get lost. Their guarantee stands and they replaced it. I have used these tags for years with great satisfaction.

The Boomerang tag was a very good…
The Boomerang tag was a very good choice. The tag is solid and the stamped names and phone numbers are deep. The one I had bought at a pet store for almost double the money is a cheap metal and the stamping is going to wear away. The Boomerang tag will last. Thanks for a good product and price. Also it shipped fast.

Wouldn't buy pet tags anywhere else
This is the fifth tag I've bought from Boomerang for as many different pets. I always buy the stainless steel tags for looks and durability. I wouldn't buy a tag anywhere else. The product and service are superb.

Best tags out there
Best tags out there! Especially for large dogs!! Competitor "large tags" are not correct size and you have to cram toouch collar into the grooves. But Boomerang fit perfectly.

The tag itself is great
The tag itself is great, but trying to figure out the correct size, for me, was so confusing. I ordered the wrong size, and after looking at it again, I still can’t figure out what I did wrong.

Good Day Dana: I looked at your order and I believe I know what the issue is. Your ordered the correct size CollarTag for a collar that is 3/8 wide and the size can also be installed on collars 1/2 inch wide. When this size tag does not fit is it almost always because the customer thinks the collar is 1/2 inch wide when it is actually 5/8 of an inch wide. If you put the tag we mailed to you on top of the collar and the tag is the same size, top to bottom, as CHEWY's collar is wide then his collar is 5/8 wide and you needed the small size, not the mini size. I waited and waited for my Service Dog…
I waited and waited for my Service Dog tag.. finally received it after 1 month. Happy with the product once I received it, just not the service.

We mail all tags to the requested address within 24 hours of the order being placed via USPS First Class Mail and the tag you ordered was mailed to the requested address the day after you placed the order. You did not receive the first mailing because you gave us a mailing address that was not your address, and on top of that only listed your first name. The USPS has a requirement that the name of the addressee be the name of the person who lives at the address... So, you never got the original mailing due to an invalid mailing address. I had the tag remade free of charge and mailed it to your address. You received 5 Star Service—but our service can be no better than the instructions we are given to work with. Bottom line: You paid for 1 tag and we made and mailed 2 tags for the price of 1 to get a tag to you.
