My oldest dog has had hers for ten years without it breaking and my other two dogs also have these. The only problem is that it is getting difficult to see the writing on the old one and although I contacted you about this, no one ever replied.

Good Day Kathy! I could not find the email you mention. Clearly you ordered recently or you would not have received an invitation to comment, but I cannot find your order (I searched under the mailing addressee name Kathy K****). I did find an old order under your name in my database. CollarTags are guaranteed to remain legible for the life of the pet they are purchased for. Tiny surfaces scratches can cause the tag text to become difficult to make out. Amazingly the fix is to sand the tag surface with fine sand paper. This will remove the surface scratches and bring the tag text back to life. IF the tag becomes truly unreadable the tag will be replaced free of charge, but to date I have yet to see a CollarTag I could not read ever letter on. Try the light sanding and see if that does not result in making the letters easier to make out. Sincerely, Don
