Excellent product.

I love the tags. They are beautiful. Unfortunately, the one we ordered for our puppy's harness (and yes, it was definitely the correct size) came off and got lost within a couple of weeks. We live in Australia, and so had to use a U.S. postal address and pay quite a lot of money for postage and thus there was no point trying to replace it. The tag on his collar, however, has stayed put and looks amazing. I really do love the product, I'm just exceedingly disappointed about losing the harness one.

Delivered exactly as expected in a timely manner. Tag that's been on dog for 6 yrs looks as good as did on day 1.

These tags are great and long lasting. I only ordered more because the names of the dogs changed and it didn't seem right for my male to have a tag that says "Sophie"! This time I ordered an extra spare with no name just contact info!

Great quality, price & excellent service

The tag was nicer than expected (especially at this price). It is made of a nicely thick metal, bent in a circular radius to better conform to the dog's neck. I was a bit worried it might tend to come off by itself since our dog is very active, but that is not the case - it can even be challenging to take it off by hand, which in this case is actually desirable (putting it on on the other hand was a breeze). The engraving is nicely defined and deep enough that I have no concerns about it rubbing off - lots of information fits on a relatively small tag. I am buying another one for our dog's jogging collar. I don't see any way in which the tag or the shopping experience could be improved. Thank you! **Please note that I was neither paid nor got any discounts for this review.**

Excellent! I’m not sure I like the collar with steel grommets. It fell off my dog when it seemed well fitted.

fantastic! all my dogs have worn these tags. they stay put, fit standard collars, and remain legible for years.
