Not impressed
I got both a plastic tag and a stainless steel. The plastic one is not nearly as good quality as the ones I used to get from another company. And the stamping on the stainless steel one is inconsistent. I’m really not impressed at all.

Good Afternoon James! I am distressed to hear of your disappointment and have issued a refund for both tags. We do not stamp our tags we engrave them. I'm not aware of a company that produces better plastic tags than we do, in fact I was the first company to offer plastic tags back in 1975 under the name E-Z Read Pet ID Tags. We use UV Stable Plastic 1/8 inch thick and stake a stainless steel eyelet into them to reinforce the attaching hole. If I knew of a way to improve any of the tags I produce, i.e., so that they would increase the chances of the finder of a lost pet being able to contact its family I would do whatever it took to accomplish that goal. Fast mail delivery of dog tags
Fast mail delivery of dog tags, excellent quality of tags and customer service! Don helped me find the right collar tag I needed for my dogs, he went above and beyond expectations. This company offers a great product at the right price! I highly recommend getting your pet's ID tags at Boomerang!

Nice enough but hard to read.
Tag came quickly. All information accurate. Thank you. That said, the tags are somewhat hard to read in ALL CAPS. Harder to read than other tags that we have the are no all uppercase. Suggest using upper & lower case letters.

I guess the call is somewhat subjective... We use all UPPER CASE LETTERS precisely because we feel it does make the tag text easier to read. Many customers comment on how the text on the tags we provide can be read without even getting a hold of the pet. I have been making PET ID TAGS since 1975 and cannot recall a prior customer suggesting lower case letters would make the TAG TEXT easier to read. I have every confidence that if your pet went missing its finder would be able to read the phone numbers on the tag and contact you. Also of note is the fact that the text on the tags we provide is deeply engraved and will not wear off. Best regards, Don

CollarTags are Fabulous!
They engrave exactly what you type. We've used both the mini and the small CollarTags for adjustable nylon harnesses for our Pomeranian. Easy to put on and not too difficult to remove but will not fall off! Have never worn one out - only buy new because of address change. Extremely quick service and quality product.

We love Boomerang Tags
We love Boomerang Tags. We just got a collar and tag for our sixth dog. We will continue to use and recommend to everyone. We like knowing that if our pets get separated from us, their information is securely attached so they can be returned.

Love These Name Tags
We have ordered from Boomerang before and we love them! The first dog tag we ever ordered was for my service dog Max and he passed away in 2012, but his tag looked brand new. We had one for our mastiff mix who was 11 1/2 when he passed this past Aug and we got his tag at the same time we got Max's. They are great tags and I would recommend them to any pet owner.
