About Boomerang Pet ID Tags

At BOOMERANG TAGS, for pets that come back, our mission is to provide Pet Owners with ID Tags that allow the finder of their lost pet to contact them years after the tag is purchased. But don't take my word for it, read the reviews and buy with confidence. We have been protecting Pets with Quality Tags since 1975. We have stood "the test of time" because we provide tags the text does not wear off of. 💡 A Pet ID Tag your contact information quickly wears off of is not only a waste of money— it could end up costing you your pet... CollarTags™In 1998 I invented CollarTags™. If you read through the reviews, you will discover many pet owners are zealots for this Pet Identification Method. Why? Because a CollarTag™ will always be there with contact information the finder of you lost pet can read. We guarantee our CollarTags to last the life of the pet they are purchased for, and they do.We also offer CollarTags in combination with collars.E-Z Plastic ID TagsOur E-Z Read Plastic Tags are excellent! They can be engraved front and back and don't make any noise. When people order one of our tags off a point of purchase displays, where they can see our plastictags next to traditional stainless steel hanging tags, they chose our plastic tags over stainless 3 to 1. Youcan find many reviews placed by customers who use and swear by our plastic tags. What dothey say? "The plastic ones last forever." "The double-sided plastic tags are ideal - lots of space, plusunlike metal tags, they don't wear down from contact with other tags."

The Better ID Tag
The Better ID Tag Before Boomerang the tags I had could have been made by writing on metal with a sharpie. The quality of the tags from Boomerang was amazing. You couldn't get a better quality if you went to a jewelry store for the lettering.

Love the tag that I bought. Fits perfectly on my dogs collar. Doesn't make any noise. Got it very quickly after ordering. Would buy another if needed in the future.

Poor customer service
Quality of product was great. Did not fit my extra thick leather collar. Needs to be more upfront questions to prevent this. I emailed several times on how to exchange the tag with no response. Finally returned the tag and asked for a refund. Was then told I could have kept the tag, which if I had known that I would have purchased a different collar to fit the tag. Poor customer service
Response from Boomerang Pet ID TagsApr 9, 2020
I did not receive any emails from you on this. I've searched my inbox using your order number, zip code, first name, last name and pet name, none of the searches resulted in a match. I cannot respond to issues I am not aware of. I did get the tag you returned and replied (see paste of reply below) and I also refunded your purchase price: Best I could do / what more could I have done? "Got the tag back and will issue a credit right after I click send on this email. We tried to make the opening in the tag generous but of course a collar manf. can make their collars any thickness they want and as it is I get complaints the openings in the double-thick are too generous and the tag slides around too much. As an aside, you did not need to return the tag to me, all I need is an email asking for a credit."

EXCELLENT PET TAGS that are very…
EXCELLENT PET TAGS that are very durable and easy to read. - They also make GREAT GIFTS for those friends who you can't think of what else to get them or their Furry Kids. One suggestion: It would be nice to be able to have a better idea of the size tag if compared to a previous tag that has been purchased, so perhaps your company keeping an electronic record would be helpful. That would also make it easier to obtain new tags since the prior information would already be on record. Thanks!! ~Sue Feldman... and all the critters I have purchased tags for over the years!.... MY DOGS: Arrow, Cabo, Sina, Mija, Tara, FRIEND'S DOGS: Elsa, Max, Rocco ...plus ALL OF Wanda's LLamas!!!
