Boomerang Pet ID TagsReviews of boomerangtags.com

great customer service

I have order these type of tags before from you. I just love them. They NEVER fall off of collar. They are beautiful. Thank you

I’ve purchased Boomerang tags for my dogs and my friends dogs for years. The product is top quality, delivered very quickly. I’ve recommended them to my friends and colleagues. Customer service is excellent.

I purchased the plastic dog tag that has the imprinting of a dog face on the front. This is a nice thick plastic tag and the imprinting lasts forever. I got one for my dog 8 years ago when she was young and it still looks good so I got a new one for my new puppy. You can't go wrong. Note though to get the S hook because trying to Loop a O ring into the hole for this tag is practically impossible!

These are the best pet ID tags! We initially ordered about 8 years ago because our puppy used to chew on every tag that was attached to her collar. We also had dogs with white around their necks and many tags would discolor their fur. These are great because they attach easily to the collar and I doubt there is any way they could accidentally come off. I just ordered for our newest member of the household...in two sizes so it will accommodate the next size/width collar we get her when she reaches adult size. I have also ordered these to for my granddogs ;-)

Boomerang is my go-to pet ID tag company. I used Boomerang for my late dog's ID needs. We recently adopted another dog and who did I trust to do this? Boomerang. High quality and fast delivery!

What could have been an unsatisfactory experience ordering a missing dog tag turned into a wonderful confirmation of good business practices and thoughtful customer relations. I ordered the adjustable collar tag because my dog is very active in brush and salt water and goes through tags pretty quickly. After putting it on, i took him to the beach and when i got home the tag was gone. I emailed Don@BoomerangTags and got an immediate response offering replacement not only of the original tag but a back up hanging tag. He had made slight adjustments to ensure that the new tag would stay on and after several weeks at the beach both tags are still with us. This kind of service isn't the norm these days and I was very impressed with this service. I would use them again and would strongly recommend them to others seeking a quality pet tag

Best tags ever! I have then on dogs and cats. Love that they don't jingle or corrode. Great service. Will purchase over and over never to use any other tags.
