Great product
Quick and easy order, inexpensive, fast delivery and as excellent product. I ordered a non-metal tag with a metal eyelet. The last one lasted two years or more and with my farm dog that was a record. The metal tags with a hole drilled into metal for attachment last less than a year on my dog. They just wear because of the activity of my dog.

I have ordered multiple tags through this company for all my dogs over the years. I have been very happy with the delivery time and the durability of the tags. I have never needed to order a replacement tag with the exception one that I hadn’t affixed properly. It’s a great company.

Best Pet ID Tag Available!
I've bought Boomerang tags 5 times now, and I love them! They do not come off the collar, and they continue to look like new. I just adopted a new rescue dog, bought a tag a few weeks ago, and have just now changed his name. Just bought a second tag. These give me peace of mind, even though I also microchip my dogs. Shipping is quick, and arrival is quick, too!

THANK YOU!!! For this nice review. I believe in chips, but there is no substitute for an ID Tag which will allow the finder of a lost pet to contact the pet's family the minute the pet is found; and there is no Pet ID Tag that preforms that function better than having one of our CollarTags on your pet's collar — as you point out, CollarTags hold up over time. : )

Terrible Customer Service
According to the company's website, business days are Monday through Saturday, they don't include Sundays or federal holidays. It's been 15 days since my order for one collar tag shipped. I still have not received it. I have emailed the company (and the owner) three times with no reply, even though the owner states on the website that he "promptly returns emails Monday through Friday." They have no phone number to call so you can only email (preferred) or fill out a contact form through the site. Terrible customer service with no reply after three attempts and no product in my hand that I paid for.

I'm in my inbox all day and answer all emails promplty. I see not ordre number here so I am unable to find your order. Please send me an email: [email protected] Include your mailing zip code and pet name, this will allow me to find any order you have placed in my data base. All orders are downloaded each morning Mon thru Friday and mailed that same afternoon, but, we do not actually deliver the orders, the USPS does that. PLEASE eMail me. Searched my inbox for send contains Colleen and did not get a match.

We have ordered multiple collar tags over the past 15 years or so for all our Great Pyrenees. Great service, never an issue and even when I made a mistake they corrected it for me at no charge.
