This is the second time I bought a tag…
This is the second time I bought a tag from this company because we adopted a second dog. Once again it took 2 weeks to be delivered after I received the email that it had been mailed. When you are told not to contact the company until 2 weeks have passed, and in exactly 2 weeks the tag arrives, I wonder why the company just can't say, "It'll take 2 weeks for it to be delivered." I appreciate the ease of using the website and the fact that the various sizes are shown in proper proportion.

Just a word regarding mailing and delivery times. ALL orders are turned around in 24 hours Monday thru Friday and mailed via USPS First Class Mail (the same level of service one trusts their bill payment by mail to). Most of our sends are in the customer's mail box within 3 to 5 business days, we consider 3 days to be the "norm." But, we have zero control over the level of service a mail piece receives. We ask for 12 days of patients because it is wasteful to have to resend a tag just because it is late. The second send would still likely arrive after the first send so... Sincerely, Don
