I ordered my dogs boomerang tag about…
I ordered my dogs boomerang tag about three weeks ago and still have not received it. After corresponding with the company I feel it is not their fault. They made the tag and sent it out in a timely manner. I think it falls on the postal service. Which is out of boomerang’s control. Since it hasn’t come they have refunded my payment and are making another one. Thank you, Boomerang tags.

I have a satisfaction or your money back guarantee, this customer's purchase price has been refunded. This is what I said in my email to her, "If SKIPPER's CollarTag has not arrived by your mail of Monday the 14th advise by reply and I will resend on Monday the 15th. If you can extend patience beyond the 14th I would appreciate it, some of our sends to addresses in your section of the country have been taking over two weeks to be delivered?" I did not tell her to wait 21 days, I asked her if she could extend patience beyond 12 business business days due to how slow mail service has been this Winter.
