Boomerangme's platform is amazing! The fact that it has multiple loyalty offerings sets it apart and Richie AI is a game changer.

Great tool for loyalty programs. My favorite part is that you can set up loyalty cards, push notifications and automations any way you want. Another plus is that our customers don't need to download an app. The card lives in their Apple or Google Wallet, so almost everyone keeps it. The dashboard is great too - we can track visits, repeat customers and other stats. At first there was a lot to figure out, but my customer success manager walked me through everything on a couple of calls. The price seemed a bit high at first, but it paid off within a few months.

The amount of support is incredible - from your own account manager to webinars and live google meet calls. It really leaves you feeling so supported. The set up of sub accounts has been very well thought out. The interface is well laid out - once you get used to it. It is very reliable. I've never experienced any downtime. It improves all of the time - something i have found incredibly impressive. Everyone works so hard to ensure it's always as good as it can be. The AI elements are also improving all the time. It's great value for money It is quite a learning curve at first - but that's only because it's so good! The design is great, but where there are lots of features, it does take time to learn how it all works. The site isn't very well optimised for mobile - especially with the drop down menus, they are very hard to read. Absolutely brilliant. You feel very supported. It's a brilliant system. I'm so glad I've found it. The team are brilliant. Always reachable. Always there to help. They constantly are forward thinking and they are always improving the system and the offering. Better than I expected!
