It’s seems legit from the outside. Once you get in the platform, you get lost fast, horrible training or lack there of. There is way too much going on in there. I decided to give it another chance after the free trial, cause I really believed them, that Richie could make outreach and make sales… Richie is not what they make it out to be. I canceled 1 week after paying $259 and they don’t issue refunds. I see that as unethical and narcissistic in nature. Over priced and lack of training for a clunky platform.i kept asking for assistance and was scheduled a client success manager meeting weeks out…

I've asked the team to change the portuguese (pt) language because most of the words are in portuguese (br). It's been A MONTH since I've asked this and nothing happens. Worst chat support ever.

Boomerangme has been an extremely frustrating experience. We were charged approximately $400 per month through automatic withdrawals for the past 6 months, despite receiving no service or value in return. We have repeatedly asked them to stop the payments and cancel our services, but they have not returned our calls or responded to our requests. We also requested a refund and have not received a response. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend carefully reviewing the billing and cancellation terms before signing up. We feel ignored and disappointed, and we would not recommend this company. I wish I can upload screenshot on this review so you can see the performance reports. Shows no activity whatsoever.

Hi Jay, We're sorry it ended this way and that you weren't able to get value from the product. For situations like this, our support team is reachable in one click from the website, and our knowledge base covers the platform in detail — there is always a way to get help. We've reviewed your account and can see the matter has been resolved. If anything still looks wrong, write to [email protected].

We had a very disappointing experience with Boomerangme. A member of our team accidentally activated a $796.93 upsell through what appeared to be a one-click process. He contacted support within approximately 30 seconds to explain the mistake and ask for the transaction to be reversed. Boomerangme acknowledged that the refusal to refund was based on company policy rather than any technical inability to process it. Their representative even suggested that we contact our bank to request a chargeback. We repeatedly asked to speak directly with a manager. We were told the matter had been escalated and promised a response within two business days, but no manager contacted us. After further chasing, we were simply told through customer support that the owner had refused the refund. Regardless of the refund policy, I expected a company handling business payments to provide a confirmation step before a substantial upsell charge and to respond promptly and directly when an obvious mistake was reported immediately. The lack of meaningful management communication has left us with very little confidence in the company.

Similar sentiments as other. The platform is a complete scam. UX is terrible. Marketing is deceptive. There is no free trial it is paid. Difficult to get a refund even when no leads are provided. What a waste

Hi Jaimee, Boomerangme does offer a free trial on the Partner plan. There are two ways to join — with a trial at the standard monthly rate, or directly at a reduced rate without one. The signup you came through is the second: it's the discounted option, and it's charged upfront. We re-tested that path after reading your review, and a trial isn't mentioned at any stage of it. Your onboarding call took place on August 10. The recording, your dashboard access and the partner training materials were all sent to you right after it. If you have questions about any of it, we're glad to set up another call and go through the platform with you again — just write to [email protected].

The Good, The Bad & The Ugly I signed up for Boomerangme on June 16, 2026 after seeing a Facebook advertisement promoting a 14-day free trial. Although the sign-up required a credit card for future billing, my card was immediately charged $49.95, effectively enrolling me in a paid subscription instead of a free trial. I continued with the onboarding process, assuming the charge would be corrected. Unfortunately, the onboarding—which was supposed to be completed by their AI assistant, Richie—never worked despite multiple attempts. The process was frustrating and ultimately unusable. When I tried to contact the company, the phone number listed on my credit card transaction did not reach Boomerangme. Instead, it belonged to a different business, leaving me with no way to get support. Ten days later, on June 26, 2026, I finally received an email from Anthony Von Padua asking me to schedule an onboarding session. By that point, I no longer wanted the service and requested a refund and cancellation of my subscription. Instead of addressing my request, I was repeatedly told that I needed to schedule another call with someone else because they handled onboarding and cancellations. As of June 30, 2026, my request had still not been resolved. My Experience Advertised a 14-day free trial, but I was charged immediately. The AI onboarding failed repeatedly and never completed. The phone number associated with the credit card charge did not connect to Boomerangme. It took 10 days to receive a response. My requests for a refund and cancellation were not addressed directly. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this company. The sign-up process, customer support, and cancellation experience were extremely disappointing. I would encourage anyone considering the service to carefully review the billing terms and ensure they understand how the trial and subscription work before providing their credit card information.

Boomerangme has a great concept and many satisfied users. But let me tell you my story. I purchased a one-year plan on May 3, 2025. Today is July 19, 2025. I still cannot use the service. For some reason, the software will not connect to Mailgun as per the instructions. The support staff at Mailgun say that my set up there is correct and yet when I try to connect Mailgun through Boomerangme, nothing happens. The API is correct. There has been some finger pointing at Mailgun, but nothing has been done on the Boomerangme end of things, despite repeated requests over almost 3 1/2 months. I have asked numerous times for a refund since I've had absolutely no use out of the software. I've been ignored. No one seems to want talk about it, much less do anything.

Hi Richard, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience – I’m sorry for the frustration this caused. Our team investigated the Mailgun connection with you multiple times. On our side, your Boomerangme settings and API key validated correctly. Because the error appeared to originate in the external Mailgun connection, we recommended opening a Mailgun support ticket so we could coordinate on a fix. Unfortunately, despite those efforts, the integration didn’t become operational. Since you weren’t able to use the product, we issued a refund to your original payment method on August 4, 2025. If you need a receipt or have any questions about the refund, please email [email protected] and we’ll help right away. We’re continuing to improve our Mailgun integration and documentation so issues like this are easier to resolve. If you’d ever like to give Boomerangme another try— whether with Mailgun or an alternative provider— we’ll set it up end-to-end for you. — The Boomerangme Team
