Book came in exact condition as described, super fast.

The book I ordered had a missing component. They acknowledged it was entirely an error on their part and immediately found a way to rectify the problem. I am so satisfied with their services and will look forward to buying from them again. Giselle was especially very responsive and helpful. Thank you!
