I ordered a book from them, no charge for standard shipping. I emailed them asking if they could expedite the book because I needed it for a class. Instant response and they did expedite it, no charge! Got it in a couple days, weeks before the original ETA. Such unusually personal, helpful people there. Will order books from them now on.

I've ordered ASQ books from them twice now and will continue to do so in the future! They sell at membership prices and arrive at my house in just 4-5 days.

I was thoroughly impressed at the packaging and care that was put into the book that I purchased. It had I think around four layers of protection to make sure that my book was in perfect condition And it was.

The book arrived well packaged and in great conditions, new as advertised. Unbeatable pricing

The book selection is HUGE & the prices are extremely competitive in comparison to other online booksellers!

The book was the lowest price. Almost half of the price on Amazon. ($110, vs almost $200). Book came in tact, no dents/tears/damage. You might not get an exact delivery date, but don’t worry. It’s coming!

I'd never heard of this company but they had the book I wanted at half the price of everywhere else so I thought I'd give it a shot - glad I did! Book arrived super quickly in great condition!
