The communication I've had about various topics is always responded to quickly, politely and any issues are resolved. On top of this they ensure that reviews are received in a timely manner by genuine people and you have the trust of this because you become one of those reviewers.

I like that I can choose books to read from a pool and have 30 minutes to decide if a book is right for me. The three-week reading time also suits me; I don't like rushing through books. Thanks to BookRoar, I've found so many wonderful books that I wouldn't have discovered on my own, and I've received so many good reviews of my books.

I have had good success with BookRoar. The few glitches I’ve experienced have been minor and were usually caused by reviewers not following the simple instructions for posting reviews. The other issue I’ve noticed isn’t BookRoar’s fault, but there is a limited number of mystery books available. A couple of times, I felt the reviewers weren’t really interested in the mystery genre and may have only skimmed my book just to leave a review. Also there is a strong listing of fantasy books. I'm not all that interested in fantasy, again not BookRoar's fault but a bigger catalogue would improve things.

I simply love Bookroar. It's so simple to use and so effective. The customer support is amazing, nothing is too much for those guys. My sales had been at a standstill for so long but thanks to them my writing is back on track
