I don't know how I connected to these crooks. I tried to make a reservation through Alaska Air. Before purchase, they said 24 hour free cancellation. When I received the ticket it was revealed no carryon and no checked bag! I called to cancel within 15 minutes, and the person I spoke with said there would be a $75 cancellation fee that I must acknowledge by clicking on a link in an email. But I had no other proof that I cancelled within 24 hours. Total catch 22!

I thought I was calling my airline. Somehow I was connected to bookcheaptravel. The rep said I had to pay $197 to reserve seats. He took my passport and credit card info. He sent me an email for me to Approve. When I saw the email address I told the rep I would not approve this charge until I called my airline. He wanted to give me the number and said I only had 30 minutes to book. Red flags. My airline then booked the seats for free. Then I cancelled my credit card. I worry that they have my passport info.

scam . called back and said no baggage , they can bump me at any time if necessary . no refunds.

This airline has been extremely disappointing. I booked the flight for my mom with wheelchair assistance, but she did not receive any support at all. No staff helped her, and the wheelchair service we requested was completely ignored. It was her first time traveling, and they made her experience stressful and unpleasant. This is unacceptable, and I am very dissatisfied with the service provided. Because they didn't gave her help , there's one person on Toronto airport ,he asked her for $20 for wheelchair services and drop her on the spot of her next flight waiting areas. They are doing scam with travelers.

Its a fake website it is scammer i was pay 400 dollar for canda ticket but it is fake when i go to airport the ticket was fake. Please don’t take tickets or call from this book my cheap travelers

Based on my experience with this company, I would be cautious when dealing with them. When I tried to call my airlines using a phone number that popped up online I somehow reached this company. The person I spoke to acted very helpful and let me believe they were a representative of my airline. They requested details about my flight numbers and seat selection, and then told me completely false information about my seats. While I already had premium economy seats, the rep said I had regular economy seats and I’d need to pay $500 to upgrade the seats. I said my original booking info stated I already had premium economy seats, but the rep repeatedly said I didn’t actually have this level of seats. The rep requested my credit card info and said they’d investigate further and call me back. The rep said no charges would occur until I provided authorization after they called back with new seat info. After I hung up I had a bad feeling and I called my airline again. This time I reached my real airline who informed me that my original reservation included the premium economy seats as I thought and “bookmycheaptravel”was not affiliated at all with my airline. A little later, I discovered that “bookmycheaptravel” had charged $500 to my credit card with no follow-up contact with me. Fortunately, I took immediate action to have the charge cancelled.

But Misrepresented refund. Unrealable customer service and follow-up.

Scammers. Pretended to be southwest airlines took $150 from me took my account information. So sad people do this. Please do not use this company
